Dishes cooked by a chef, vacuum-packed, delivered ready to heat. Each one designed to be a complete meal, with protein, carbohydrates, and vegetables.

You choose, or we leave it to your discretion. Fresh items last 4 days in the refrigerator. Frozen items last up to 3 months in the freezer. We cook the fresh items on the same day and the frozen items the day before to ensure proper freezing.

Ideally, boil directly in hot water (~70ºC) in the bag for 20-30 minutes, but it's also possible to reheat in the microwave for 90 seconds, or on the stovetop depending on the dish. We include instructions with each delivery.
